All prices in this catalogue are in £'s sterling
Trikebitz is a retail shop and as such all prices are inclusive of the VAT element. Prices and terms & conditions set out in this
online store and any associated literature are correct at the time of going to
print. On the rare occasion where there is an error, we will do our best to
inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products
are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to keep prices
stable, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of
taxation, currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may
cause price changes up or down.
TITLE OF GOODS
The
title and ownership of all goods remain the property of Rhino trikes until all
payment has been received and funds cleared.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: 1)
Credit/Debit cards. 2) Paypal online payment agent. 3) Pre pay invoice and
cheque or postal order / Bankers draft / Building society cheque. Please make
payable to Rhino trikes ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers
card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed
clearly on the reverse. Any cheques issued without a cheque guarantee card
will be cleared before goods are dispatched. We do advise customers not to
send any cash through the post, as Rhino trikes will not be held responsible
for any losses.
GUARANTEE
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months
from date of purchase if fitted by us at our premises otherwise they are only
covered against manufacturing defects on a return of post by prior arrangement
basis. We accept no liability for items damaged through inappropriate fitting.
It should be noted that most of our parts are of a universal fitment nature
and therefore great care must be taken to ensure that on fitting, items are
adjusted or altered in such a way as to prevent undue stress from fasteners.
If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item
repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be
considered after inspection of the item.
AVAILABILITY
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than
we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur
then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may
experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore
provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost. If we are
unable to supply ordered items within a reasonable time, a full refund will be
provided.
PART DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive
any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised
within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be
missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock.
If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check
that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The
company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time
and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses
occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
You
are entitled to return goods for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Excluded from this are goods made for you to your specifications which are
otherwise correctly supplied or universal fitment goods correctly supplied, in
any instance the procedures below must be followed.
All goods returned must be clearly labeled and have full documentation
enclosed. All returnable goods must be reported to
the company. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage
charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or incorrectly
supplied. All goods must be returned
at the senders expense in the first instance.
SPECIFICATION
Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications in this catalogue
are correct at the time of going to print, however technical data, dimensions
and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may
change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing
your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to
make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied
that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations
published or that goods will prove suitable for your unique application.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights as a customer.
